Announcement of booking and cancellation terms during Covid-19 epidemic (update)
Dear VIP Guests：
Provisions for temporary booking policies during the epidemic will be adjusted as follows as of November 1, 2020 (12am PST).
- Please pay the deposit within 7 days after booking confirmation. Final balance must be paid on the specified date (please refer to the deposit and balance terms in the payment table)
- You may change or cancel for any reason with no penalties up to 30 days before departure (excluding airfare).
- Airline cancellation or change fees will be your own responsibility.
- These terms may be adjusted at any time according to the pandemic situation, and guests will be notified should any adjustments be made. You may then decide whether to cancel within 7 days.
- We include comprehensive travel insurance (covers pandemic related illness during travel, such as COVID-19) (details)
The terms above are temporary policies set in place to address COVID-19. We reserve the right to adjust this policy at any time if necessary.
